Welcome to Mrs. Amidon's 2nd Grade Classroom
T- 9
I am looking forward to a year filled with excitement, fun, adventure, and lots of learning! Please check our class page as it has important information to help start the year. We are going to have an AWESOME year!
I believe that a great parent-teacher relationship is necessary for a successful school year. Our main general classroom communication is this class page and the app class Dojo. I hope that you will visit it often to learn what is happening in our room. I update our class page with homework and with information on the skills and strategies that we are working on in class. Other announcements that pertain to our class, school, and community will also be posted on our class page and sent out through the remind app!
Please use the side bar to find out
more about our classroom!

Actions or words that show that you care about someone. Saying or doing something kind. Giving someone a heartfelt smile. Using names with respect. Helping without being asked. Giving sincere compliments. Showing respect to others. There are hundreds of wonderful ways to fill buckets. The language of bucket filling has become synonymous with being kind and thoughtful. Your bucket will be filled when, at the close of each day, you reflect on the ways in which you have filled buckets.
