A little about me...

My name is Barbara Feinen and this will be my 30th year teaching in Jackson Schools. I have lived in Jackson my entire life and love our town and schools. I have two children: y son just graduated from Liberty HS and a 9th-grade girl at Liberty. I love being outside and going on adventures. Some of our favorite places are Lavalette Beach, Great Adventure, and many hiking parks. I love to garden and hang out with my four cats Bubba, Roy, Little, and Brozzin. I also have 8 step-grandchildren that I love spoiling and playing with them. Family and friends are important to me!! I love to teach and help students learn in their own way!!

I can't wait to meet you all! Please have your Chromebook charged and ready to go every day you are at school. It is a good idea to find a bag with a laptop sleeve to keep it safe, but you will have the opportunity to store it in your locker during gym and lunch. I hope to keep most assignments digital, but you will need a notebook for class notes and writing.  Bring a pen or pencil, too!
