    5/11 - 10 min. ab workout at bottom of page.

    5/12 - jumping squats - 45 sec

    wall sits - 45 sec.

    lunges w/weights 12 each leg / 3 reps

    5/13 - 10 min. ab workut

    5/14 - 15 squats, jumping lunges / 45 sec., high knees 45 sec / 3 reps

                                                                   Runners

    5/11-  30 min. jog followed by 4 / 200m @ 75% effort

    5/12- 20 min. jog followed by 2/200m + 2 / 400m + 2 / 800m @ 75%

    5/13 - 20 min. jog followed by 2/200m + 2 / 400m @ 75% effort

    5/14- 30 min jog  +  4/400m @ 80% effort

    5/15 - 30 min jog
