The American Heart Association and the NFL Team Up for NFL PLAY 60

What is the NFL Play 60 Challenge?

“We know that physical activity produces overall physical, psychological and social benefits…That’s why in 2006, the American Heart Association and the National Football League teamed up to create the NFL PLAY 60 Challenge. The Challenge is a four-week program that inspires kids to get the recommended 60 minutes of physical activity a day in school and at home. By leveraging the American Heart Association’s health expertise and the NFL’s commitment to physical fitness, you can help us achieve our goal of getting kids physically active for 60 minutes every day all year long.” Join the National Football League, American Heart Association, and Discovery Education for an all access pass behind the scenes of Super Bowl LIV in Miami as we celebrate the NFL’s 100th season. Huddle to Play It Forward with NFL Players, Cheerleaders and American Heart Association Volunteers. Follow along with NFL Players as they get your blood pumping with fun physical activity to PLAY 60 every day!
