Geometry Honors is a one-semester course designed for the highly motivated, more academically advanced math student who has successfully completed Algebra I. The scope and sequence of this course ranges from geometric proofs and skills, to the higher levels of Blooms Taxonomy: analysis, synthesis, and the application of the more advanced geometric theorems and concepts. The purpose of this course is to provide each student with a challenging, intensive program in Geometry leading to higher levels of advanced mathematics.
