RACHEL GOODALE

ATHLETE
BASKETBALL, SOCCER, TENNIS
Rachel was a four year Varsity Letter winner in Basketball and Soccer, also lettered 3 years in Tennis in which she was the number one player her senior year. She set the all-time leading scoring mark (career) for basketball in 1993 when she totaled 1306 pts. She was All-County in soccer, 2 times in basketball and tennis. She was All Shore 2nd team in basketball and tennis her senior year.
She attended Monmouth University on a full scholarship for basketball from 1993-1997. She lettered all 4 years of college where she scored 772 pts., with 148 assists-5.1/game, and averaging 12 points/game over her college career. In 1997 she was #1 in assists, #4 in steals and # 5 in 3-point Field Goals in the Northeast Athletic Conference
After her college career she tried out for the New York Liberty in May of 1997 and went on to coach basketball as an assistant at Quinnipiac College for 2 years before coming back to Jackson Memorial as the Head Girls Basketball coach in 2000.
