It is vital that you notify the school on the morning of a dismissal change. You are encouraged to use the dismissal change form to communicate any changes regarding your child's release. Please do not email me with any dismissal changes.
Simply complete the form with your child's FULL NAME, date, and type of dismissal change, then send it to school with your student.
If you send a handwritten letter, please write legibly and include your child's full name, the date, and the teacher's name. This letter must be separate from any other correspondence intended for the teacher as these dismissal notes are sent to the main office.
