Coach Sorochka

Hello Goetz softball families. My name is Katie Sorochka and I am the softball coach at Goetz. Congrats to both our 2023-2024 A and B teams on an undefeated season! Congrats to all our eighth graders on moving up to high school. We will miss you!

I love softball and am thankful for all the opportunities the game has brought into my life. I spent a decade coaching at a variety of levels ranging from 10U travel through college, along with giving private pitching, batting, and fielding lessons. I was a pitcher during college and a semester of graduate school, also playing the outfield/as a DH when not pitching.  I'm excited to coach our student athletes this season.
