Hello everyone! I hope this message finds you well and ready to start a new year!  Physical Education classes will be a bit different this year. Although many changes are occuring the change that WONT occur is the enjoyment and FUN the PE class will have here at Goetz School!!

No students will be required to change for class this year. However, they must be prepared with the proper sneakers to participate in all activities.  PE lockers/locks will not be issued. All students will bring their belongings (backpack/slingbag) to the gymnasium and placed on the indoor or outdoor bleachers. Please try to avoid bringing unnessasary valuables to school as much as possible. All classes will be held outdoors, weather permitting. During activities that social distancing is possible, masks can be taken off. If its a rain day and students are in closer proximity than masks are to be worn at all times. Hand sanitizer and wipes will be available to all students as they enter/leave the gym. All equipment (limited) will be disinfected after each class period.

All students will be assessed according to their prepardness, partcipation and citizenship.

  • Hello everyone,

Just a reminder that any missing work from remote learning needs to be turned in by April 21st (right after spring break). Any work that is turned in will be giving "passing credit." Any work not turned in or still missing will have a negative impact on 3rd marking period grades. If any student is dealing with a difficult time that has impacted their work being done, you need to reach out directly to your teacher.

Thank you and have a great Spring Break! Remember: We are in this together:)
