 This includes real locations and places that might only exist in your imagination...

As Nelson Mandela once said, "When we read we are able to travel to many places, meet many people, and understand the world." Through this class, I hope to help students recognize this as we explore different settings, analyze new characters, and ultimately recognize the value of various types of writing and how it relates to our lives and the world around us. Through all of this, students will also learn the power of words and will learn techniques to enhance their own writing.
