Hello!

My name is Miss Toro, and I’m excited to be embarking on my second year at Goetz Middle School, teaching sixth grade mathematics. This marks my fourth full year as a teacher, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to continue this journey with my amazing students and the supportive community here.

A little about me—I’m a proud graduate of Rutgers University, where I earned my degree in 2019. Following that, I completed my Alternate Route to Teaching Program at Stockton University Graduate School in 2021. My passion for education drives me to make math an enjoyable and accessible subject for all my students.

Outside of the classroom, I’m an animal lover with a bustling home filled with five wonderful pets—a dog, two cats, and two ferrets. They keep me on my toes and always add a bit of extra joy to my life! When I’m not teaching, you’ll likely find me with a good book, working out, or enjoying some video games.

I’m looking forward to another fantastic year of learning, growth, and fun. Let’s make this school year the best one yet!
