Final Tryout Dates will be September 5th and 6th 3:00-4:30 after school.  

* I would like to have the roster finalized by the start of the school year - please email me if you have any scheduled vacations or will be missing any of the scheduled tryout dates.  

Essentials for your student to be eligible to try out out for the Fall Season:

1) A Pre-Participation Physical Form must be filled out by a doctor and returned to one of the school nurses' offices. 

2) A Hard Copy of the Packet can be found in the Resources tab on this class page.  

3) Once the packet is completed and returned to school after a doctor's physical - the physical will normally take two weeks to be cleared.

4) Please make sure to take the two-week processing time into account.

5) No student will be permitted to participate until they are cleared.
