    Education class!
My objective is for you and your family to develop an
appreciation towards  lifetime physical activity! A few of
my goals are that the students will be able to:
    1 demonstrate competency/proficiency in a variety of
movement forms that will help to develop and enhance motor skills.
2 increase knowledge in the area of health enhancing fitness activities
which will be used to improve and maintain overall levels of health
3 understand and respect individual differences
4 understand that physical activity provides the opportunity for
enjoyment, challenge, self expression and social interaction.

The class is designed to engage students in a variety of activity(individual and team) that range from the traditional basketball, volleyball, and softball to the more current activities such as lacrosse, fitness/cooperative
