Welcome to Phys Ed!

 Time to get some exercise, have some fun, and make some new friends!  Physical Education class is designed to teach students how to live a healthy and physically active lifestyle. Students will improve their fitness levels through exercise and participation in various sports and activities. PE also teaches students sportsmanship and gives students an opportunity to interact with each other and learn how to work together.  

Phys Ed Requirements:
1. Be prepared for class  * Students must have sneakers and wear comfortable clothing to school on PE days
2. Give a good effort 
3. Follow class rules and procedures

 If a student is absent from class they are responsible for making up class time missed.  To receive credit for missed class time students should get at least 30 minutes of exercise on their own time and complete the PE make up form located on our Google classroom.
