Hoopla is a groundbreaking digital media service offered by your local public library OCL libary barcode that allows you to borrow movies, music, audiobooks, ebooks, comics and TV shows to enjoy on your computer, tablet, or phone – and even your TV! Titles can be streamed immediately, or downloaded to phones or tablets for offline enjoyment later.
The collection, maintained by the NJ State Library, supports recreational and popular reading, STEAM, and diversity and inclusion for all age levels – children, teen, and adult.
Patrons must have a valid OCL library barcode to place holds or check out books. Patrons can check out a title and start reading immediately in the browser or through the Axis 360 app (available for iOS, Android, and Kindle Fire)
