I am always excited by a student's willingness to participate in the classroom and add to the discussion. My classroom is a caring community where I try to provide an environment for students to feel safe and secure enough to speak openly in class. The mental wellness and well-being of a student is of the utmost importance to me. The most important thing to me is that I want my students to look forward to entering my class each day. I assess every student individually based on their own ability. I am looking for effort. I am a firm believer in the learning process of failing and then getting opportunities to work at it to get better. If there are ever any concerns, always feel free to reach out to me because I never want my students to feel anxious or stressed about my class.
